NEW CLASSES FOR WINTER 2014. We are excited to announce several new classes starting in January 2014. LEARNING TO BREATHE is a well-developed, research-based curriculum that helps adolescents gain important life skills through mindfulness training, which can be instrumental in reducing stress, improving emotional self-regulation and improving ability to sustain attention and focus. We will also be offering MINDFUL LIVING, a four week course for adults seeking to establish a sense of balance, calm, focus and a greater feeling of overall wellbeing. If you want to learn about how mindfulness can help both you and your teenagers survive the teenage years, join us for our MINDFUL PARENTING WORKSHOP in which we will explore the adolescent brain and how parents can learn mindfulness tools for themselves and their teens to help everyone ride the waves of adolescents with greater ease and joy.
