One thing I know for sure is the power of community!  Together we can change the world, even as we meditate together.  Group meditation inspires us, motivates us, reconnects us, fuels us and balances us.  

Join me and our community of meditators for a powerful Friday morning sit.  Each week, we will meditate together, then dive deeper into an exploration and further learning on what it means to live mindfully, fully, compassionately and authentically.  This class is intended for those who have already taken my introduction to mindfulness course or who have an established practice. Please join me and our growing community to sit and practice together each week and deepen the mindfulness in our daily lives.

This is intended for those who have taken my basic Mindfulness and Meditation class and wish to strengthen and deepen their practice of mindfulness.
