Mindfulness Workshops for Middle & High School Students

Teenagers today deal with many stresses and competing demands on their time and attention. These workshops are designed to help teens learn tools to cope with the demands of a very busy life, so they not only survive but thrive.  

Sunday, February 4th, your teens can join Cheryl for a 60-minute fun, relaxing and interactive workshop where we will learn and practice mindfulness exercises that help increase focus and attention, reduce anxiety, find calm when feeling stressed or anxious, work with difficult and ruminating thoughts and learn to relax for a better night sleep.

These workshops are based on strategies and practices from the latest in the fields of Mindfulness, Neuroscience and Positive Psychology. Teens will leave with practical tools to help them relax, navigate the stresses of school and social pressures, as well as cultivate a greater sense of joy and happiness, inner resilience and optimism.
