Parents need strategies to stay calm and be present for our children as they ride this rollercoaster of emotions, social pressures and school stress. Join me for an evening workshop for parents to learn tools to help lower stress, develop resilience, create a positive mindset, resolve conflict and foster deeper connections with our children. Recent studies show that mindfulness is not only a great tool for coping with stress, it is also a powerful tool to help everyone establish healthy mental habits that will help us all not only cope, but thrive in a demanding world. And, if parents are less stressed then they can help their children handle all the stresses they encounter on a daily basis!
