Mindfulness at Work

6 Week Mindfulness at Work Training Program

This 6 Week Program consists of six, 45-minute sessions. In each session, participants learn new mindfulness tools, and experience first-hand how mindfulness decreases stress, increases clarity and focus, and improves overall wellbeing. In these weekly interactive workshops, 2bpresent will guide mindfulness meditations and lead research-based discussions to give participants a deep understanding of why mindfulness works and how to integrate these practices into their day. We also offer participants weekly online support.    

 
Mindfulness at Work

Mindfulness at Work Executive Workshop

A 2-hour workshop to introduce key Mindfulness concepts and practices.  This hands-on training will help participants better understand the science behind mindfulness meditation, and give participants the opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness tools to help them lower stress, increase their focus and attention and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.
