Join me for this introductory class to learn how to develop your own mindfulness and meditation practice!

Mindfulness can help you lower your levels of stress, stay focused and calm, and live your life with a greater sense of ease and happiness. This course integrates research-based material from the fields of Neuroscience, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Positive Psychology, as well as Eastern Philosophy and Practices, to introduce individuals to the physical, emotional and psychological benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation. These benefits include decreased stress and the physical symptoms of stress on the body, Increased focus and concentration, and improved sleep

Diving Deeper

Meditation is a profound and richly rewarding practice that can bring more calm, joy and connection to your life. After learning the basics of mindfulness and meditation, this series will help you explore the deeper aspects of meditation and mindfulness.

Each week, we will practice meditation and mindfulness together and explore the “hows” and the “whys” of living more mindfully and what it means to live fully, compassionately and authentically.

This series is designed for those who have an established meditation practice but want to diver much deeper into their practice. Often over time, our practice can feel stagnant. This class will help you explore a deeper level of practice so that you can live an awakened, joyful and peaceful life.

This class is a combination of the powerful practice of group meditation and in-depth discussion on topics which include: stress-reduction, meditation and spirituality, non-duality, interpersonal mindfulness, attachment, and much more.

I was thrilled to be the keynote speaker on the first day of school for over 3,000 high school students teaching them about stress reduction, how to regulated their own emotions, how to find balance in their lives, and most imporanlty how to connect to their inner voice to find their passions, their wisdom and their inner strength.

Mindful Parenting

WALK WITH ME 

2bpresent is hosting a screening of the film WALK WITH ME in Port Chester, New York on October 17th at 7:30 pm.  WALK WITH ME takes us deep inside the world-famous monastery of Zen Buddhist master Thich Nhat Hanh, and captures the life of a monastic community who have given up all their possessions for one common purpose – to practice the art of mindfulness. Screenings of this film are happening all over the country!
