Summer Meditation Series: The Power of Living Mindfully - Evening Sessions

Meditation helps us quiet our busy minds so that we can connect inward to a profound stillness where our insight and wisdom lie. Meditation is a practice, a way to sit and connect to your inner calm and bring that mindful state off your cushion and into your life.

Join me and our growing community of meditators this summer for my Summer Meditation Series to dive deeper into stillness and continue this transformative practice.

Each week, we will practice meditation and mindfulness together and explore the “hows” and the “whys” of developing a deep and meaningful meditation practice, and what it means to live mindfully, fully, compassionately and authentically.  

Monday evenings: 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm - June 10, 17, July 8 and 15.
