Deepening Your Practice: Mindful Living Daytime Sessions


After learning the basics of mindfulness and meditation, what’s next? This series helps you explore the deeper aspects of meditation and mindfulness, as well as be inspired to continue and deepen your practice. Meditation practice helps us quiet our busy minds so that we can connect inward to a profound stillness where our insight and wisdom lie. Meditation practice also helps us better understand the conditioning of our minds so that we have greater freedom to choose how to relate to ourselves and to the world around us. It is a profound and richly rewarding practice that can bring more calm, joy and connection to your life.

Join me and our growing community of meditators in September to dive deeper into stillness and continue this transformative practice.

Each week, we will practice meditation and mindfulness together and explore the “hows” and the “whys” of living more mindfully and what it means to live fully, compassionately and authentically.
