Join us this Spring for our new classes and workshops that will help you dive in to those mental habits of the mind that cause us stress and imbalance. These classes are designed to help you lower your stress, and increase your sense of calm and balance. You spoke, we listened. We have added new classes with more guided meditation time so that you can sink in, relax and exercise that mental muscle weekly by gathering together to practice mindfulness with a group. Men, women and teens (ages 14 and up) are all welcome to participate. We hope you will join us!
