Join Cheryl Brause, co-founder of 2bpresent, and MHS community member, for an evening workshop for parents to learn tools to help lower stress, develop resilience, create a positive mindset, resolve conflict and foster deeper connections with our teens. Recent studies show that mindfulness is not only a great tool for coping with stress, it is also a powerful tool to help everyone establish healthy mental habits that will help us all not only cope, but thrive in a demanding world. And, if parents are less stressed then they can help their teens handle all the stresses they encounter on a daily basis!
